Juan Antonio Pizzi Torroja is a former professional football player and former manager of UAE Pro League club Al-Wasl FC. He played as a striker and spent most of his club career in Spain, playing for Tenerife, Valencia, and Barcelona. He also represented the Spain national team for four years and played in one World Cup and one European Championship. After retiring, he became a successful manager and led Chile to win the Copa América Centenario in 2016.
