Marcelo Broli is a Uruguayan football coach and former professional player known for his work in developing young talent. He gained international recognition after leading the Uruguay U-20 national team to victory at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2023, the first world title in the category for Uruguay.
Before that achievement, he also won the CONMEBOL U-20 Copa Libertadores with Peñarol in 2022, establishing himself as a specialist in high-performance youth development and team leadership.
In addition to his work in South America, Broli has also collaborated with football development programs at the UAE Football Association (UAEFA) in Dubai, contributing his expertise to international training and player development initiatives.
